Using our techniques within the forest a management plan of the regeneration can be put into place. This plan can follow logical steps in the habitat restoration of the felled timber area. DMS can develop the project step by step using our own machines and operators to carry out the work ensuring a finished product to the highest standard.
The regeneration could include:
- Stump Removal
- Brash Clearance / Brash Raking
- Water control, whether water retention or drainage.
- Access tracks
- Habitat Creation such as ponds and scrapes
Using our specially designed uplifted excavators our ability to work within the forests is unique. As our excavators are fitted with low ground pressure ‘bogmaster’ tracks enables them to reach very inaccessible areas. Together with experienced operators and excellent project management DMS can meet any requirements the client may have.
